Total Body Strength & Conditioning

This multi-level fitness class integrates segments of strength, aerobics, and core conditioning.

Zumba

A mix of Latin and international music and dance moves that create a fun and exhilirating workout! Zumba involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music, incorporating hip hop, salsa, merengue, cumbia, and reggaeton. 

Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Pilates

An Indoor stand up paddleboard workout blending Yoga, Pilates, and fitness moves that strengthens the core and more, and increases flexibility, balance, and endurance. You have to try this unique fitness class! 

Pilates Pump

Pilates inspired lengthening and strengthening workout promoting core strength, endurance, and flexibility. Basically a toning/body sculpting workout incorporating the Pilates principles of centering, concentration, control, precision, breath, and flow. We do squats, lunges, core and more on the floor! 

TRX

Total Body Resistance Exercise!  We provide you with TRX suspension ropes that use body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. This tool leverages gravity and the users body weight to complete the exercises led by an instructor.  


High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Hip Hop

Cardiovascular based dance class including varying levels of intensity to increase your heart rate while set to fun hip hop music! You'll enjoy it so much you won't even feel like you're working out! Fitness classes make weight loss and work outs fun!

Spin

A cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike led by an instructor for all levels of fitness experience!  Increase weight loss and improve cardio.

Yoga

This is a moderately paced class suitable for all levels. Class will focus on body awareness, proper alignment and breathing through the practice of Hatha Yoga fundamentals. Class will promote balance, strength, flexibility, and stress reduction.  

Qi Gong

Associated with Traditional Chinese medicine, Martial Arts, and Tai Chi. It teaches Mind Body Balance. It is a low-impact class and can be done seated or standing. Harvard Medical Publications stated "Qi Gong appears to reduce inflammation and increase immune response." Wear comfortable clothing, shoes are optional, but socks only are discouraged. Come try the oldest documented form of exercise!  

Meditation Class

Meditation is the practice of clearing the mind of garbled runaway and recurring thoughts, or Monkey Mind. Find your center, your calm, and your clarity. Classes are 30 minutes, wear comfortable clothing. Our gym offers the most unique opportunities to improve your health.

A full body range of motion, stability, and flexibility flow class on an indoor stand up  paddle board.  Not offered anywhere else in Spring Hill!
